Ingredients

  1. 1 packetmushroom
  2. 1/2 kg matar (peas)
  3. 3big onion
  4. 2tomato
  5. 2 tablespoonginger,garlic,green chilli paste
  6. as neededcoriander leaves
  7. 3 tablespooncooking oil (desi ghee)
  8. as requiredSalt
  9. 1/2 tspred chilli powder
  10. 1/8 tspturmeric powder
  11. 1/4 tspgaram masala powder
  12. 1/4 tspcoriander powder
  13. 2 teaspoonkasoori methi
  14. as neededFresh cream for garnishing

Steps

  1. 1

    Sabse pehle matar ko cheel kar uske dane nikal le.phir mushroom ko small pieces me cut kar ke dono ko ache se wash kar le.tomato ko bhi wash kar le.

    Onion ko chell ke wash kar ke roughly pieces cut kar ke mixer me grind kar le.

  3. 3

    Ab ek cooker me 3 tablespoon oil (desi ghee)dale.

  4. 4

    Oil garam hone par grind onion dale.pink colour hone tak pakaye.

  5. 5

    Ab usme ginger,garlic,grenn chilli paste dale.2minutes tak pakaye.

  6. 6

    Ab tomato ko mixer me grind kar ke vo dal de.

  7. 7

    Ab salt aur sbhi spices dal de.medium flame par oil seprate hone tak masala ko ache se pakaye.

  8. 8

    Ab matar mushroom ko masala me dale.ache se mix karein.

  9. 9

    Water as gravy according dal kar 4siti tak pakaye.

  10. 10

    Serving bowl me dale.coriander leaves ko barik cut kar ke dale.fresh cream bhi dale. roti ya rice ke sath garam serve karein.

    Ready hai mushroom matar in gravy.
