Ingredients

  1. 1/2 cupRice flour/chawal ka atta -
  2. 1/2 cupBesan -
  3. 1/4 cupSuji -
  4. 2 cupsWater -
  5. Salt as per taste
  6. 1/2 teaspoonPizza masala -
  7. 1/2 teaspoonChilli flakes -
  8. 4 tablespoonsOil -
  9. 1/2 cupFOR STUFFING : Sweet corn -
  10. 4 tablespoonsCheese(cut into cubes) -
  11. 1/2 teaspoonPizza masala -
  12. 1/2 teaspoonChilli flakes -
  13. 1 teaspoonLemon juice -
  14. Coriander and green chilli(chopped) - 1 tablespoon each
  15. Salt as per taste
  16. Oil for deep frying

Steps

  1. 1

    Boil 2 cups of water in a pan and add rice flour, suji, besan, oil and salt.

  2. 2

    Mix it well. Switch off the flame and cover it for 10 to 15 minutes.

  3. 3

    In a mixing bowl, mix all the ingredients for the stuffing together.

  4. 4

    After 15 minutes, take out the flour mixture and knead it into a soft dough.

  5. 5

    Take some portion of the dough and spread it on the hand.

  6. 6

    Put 2 teaspoons of stuffing and cover it. Shape it like cutlets.

  7. 7

    Heat oil in a pan and fry the cutlets until they turn golden in colour.

  8. 8

    Serve stuffed cheese cutlets with green chutney or tomato ketchup.
