Line a slice baking pan with baking paper

Melt copha over low heat

Sift icing sugar into a bowl

add sultanas, cherries, apricots, coconut, milk powder and rice bubbles

Stir until well combined

Stir in melted copha until well combined

Press the mixture into baking pan

Cover pan with cling wrap or alfoil

Refrigerate until slice is set

Cut into small squares to serve

Store in fridge in airtight container
