pat mixture into 13x9 baking pan and bake 15 mins at 350°F.

mix cream cheese, cool whip and confectioners sugar.

spread on top of baked flour layer when cool.

beat together pudding mix and milk until thick.

spread chocolate on top of cheese layer.

cover with cool whip and sprinkle with chopped nuts.
