  1. 1/2 kgchicken
  2. to tastesalt
  3. 1onions blended
  4. 4fresh pepper blended
  5. 2knorr
  6. dashcurry powder
  7. 1/2cksp veg oil

    Wash chicken and spice with salt, blended onions and pepper add knorr cube, dash of curry powder and parboil for 15minutes without water till chicken is tender

  2. 2

    Heat up frying pan, add vegetable oil and once it's hot, add your chicken to fry and once you have that brown crisp, flip over and remove from heat once it's done

  3. 3

    Serve inside stew or enjoy like you did with grill
