Assemble the ingredients

Mix the flour with baking powder then sieve

Add the blue and and rub in

Add the milk and sugar then knead till the dough is soft and smooth

Allow it to rest for 25 mins. Then cut the dough into triangle shapes

Heat oil then deep fry till golden brown
