Add orange and zest, eggs and oil in a bender and blend

Sieve the flour with baking powder. Rub- in flour,sugar, butter with baking powder

Pour the orange mixture inro the dry ingredients

Add milk and whisk to a smooth mixture and bake

Serve with orange sauce
