15 minutes

3 serves

1medium size capsicums(Red, Yellow, Green each)
1small broccoli
1small cauliflower
1medium size shallot
1 handfulcilantro stalks
1 pinchsalt
1small lettuce

15 minutes

Cut the vegetables into rings

Put in a steamer add a pinch of salt then cover.

Steam for five minutes the serve.
