Heat oil in wok add onion and saute till it become pink in colour.

Add ginger paste and saute till it done.

Add garam masala powder, green chilli paste, mix it and add minced mutton in it mix it and cook it for 2minutes on low high flame.

Add salt, red chilli flakes and mutton masala and coriander leaves, cover the lid and cook till mutton done if required then add 2tablespoons water and then cook.

In bowl take yellow part of boiled egg and mash.

Add mashed eggs yellow part in cooked mutton and mix till it get in dry consistency.

Take cucumber strip from 1 side to another side pinch it with toothpicks. (Shown in pic)

Fill cooked mutton in cucumber.

Serve in plate with green chutney.
