broken wheat (dalia) soup is a delicious & healthy soup specially for children. This soup made from broken wheat or dalia with lots of veggies and some spices & souces.

broken wheat (dalia) soup is a delicious & healthy soup specially for children. This soup made from broken wheat or dalia with lots of veggies and some spices & souces.
Steps

Heat butter or ghee in a pan.

Add ginger & garlic and saute for a while.

Add chopped onions and saute them till they become transparent.
- 4
Add carrots and corns & soute them for a while.
- 5
Now add broken wheat, salt and pepper in it. Mix well
- 6
Add 1.5 litre water in it. Cover it till it cook.
- 7
When it cook add soya souce, tomato sauce in it. Stir well.

Add cheese or tofu & lemon juice in it. Mix properly.

It's ready.
