Ingredients

  • 1/2 cbutter
  • 1 csugar
  • 2lrg eggs
  • 1 tspvanilla
  • 2 tspbaking powder
  • 1/4 tspsalt
  • 2 cflour
  • 1 cmilk
  • 2 1/2 cfresh blueberries
  • Lemon zest

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix butter until creamy

  2. 2

    Add sugar and beet until light and fluffy

  3. 3

    Add eggs one at a time beating after each one

  4. 4

    Beat in vanil baking powder and salt

  5. 5

    Fold in half flour then milk then the other half of flour

  6. 6

    Fold in blueberries

  7. 7

    Put into cases and bake for 15- 20 mins
