Put sugar, butter & cocoa in a saucepan over medium heat and melt together. Stir until butter absorbed.

Take off heat, add eggs slowly while mixing the whole time.

Take mixture, pour over crumbled biscuits and mix well.

Put into large container and pat down, then put in fridge.

When cold, ice with chocolate icing.
