Bondi laddo

First Make sugar syrup, add 1.5 cup sugar and 1 cup water, mix thoroughly and then heat on medium flame.

Keep stirring the mixture till it will be little thick, to check this, if it drop look like a thread it will be ready.

In another bowl add gram floor, cardamom seeds and 1/2 cup water to make batter, mix it up into thick consistency.

Now heat oil in a deep bottom pan.pour the gram flour batter through a parfait ladle.

Boondi will drop into the pan.

Deep fry boondi for 3 to 4 minute and strain them from the oil.

Now soak the boondi in sugar syrup for half an hour.

Add ghee in boondi, cool it, and make shape of laddu.

Garnish with tooti futi and few cherry.
