Steps

Boil the potato and cut in cubes.

Heat oil in a pan. Add mustard seed, cumin seed, asafoetida and mix it.

Add curry leaves and chopped onion, green chilli and mix it till the onion become translucent.

Add salt, turmeric and mix it.

Add ginger garlic paste and mix it for 2 minutes.

Add potatoes and mix it well.

Add chopped coriander leaves.

Served with paratha or chapati.
