Take 1 cup of water in a pan and bring it to boil.

Add kokum petal in it and then squeeze out the pulp from kokum.

After 5 min turn off the flame and cool down completely.

Put coconut, garlic, chilli, salt, sugar, and 1 1/2 cup of hot water.

Blend it for 1 minute. Strain the coconut milk from the strainer. Coconut milk is ready.

Take coconut milk in a bowl.

Add kokum concentrate into coconut milk and stir well.

Pour it in a glass and garnish it with chopped coriander leaves.
