Boil the Chickens until done.

Debone the Chickens and cut into large pieces.

Separate the fat from the broth.

Preheat oven to 350°.

Dice the onion (small).

In a large Pan Saute the onion dices in the Chicken Fat until translucent.

Create the Sauce: Add the Rotel Tomatoes, Cream of Chicken Soup, Cream of Mushroom Soup, and Chicken Broth to the Pan.

In a large Baking Dish layer the ingredients.

1. Sauce, 2 Corn Tortillas, 3. Sauce, 4. Chicken, 5. Both Cheeses, Repeat layers 2 3 4 5.

Top with Corn Tortillas, Sauce, and Cheeses.

Bake for 1 hour. First 1/2 hour cover with foil.
