1 tspsounf
1 tspjeera
2 tspanar dana
2elachi
2dal chini
1 tsp.Black peppercorns
as per tasteChat masala
1 tsppudina powder
1 bowlsoaked,boiled chole
according to your taste Salt
1 tspDhania powder
Finely chopped tomatoes
Ginger chilli paste
Water
pinchLal mirch powder

Dry roast all the above masalas mentioned before chole and grind it finely

In a pan add oil and tomatoes ginger chilli paste and saute
3

Add chole and rest of the spices and salt... cook for 10-15 mins and then add dhania powder....

Serve with bhature and aachar....
