  • 50 gmRajam
  • 1/2 tspHaldi powder
  • 1/2 tspJeera -
  • 1 tspdhaniya powder
  • 1/4Lal mirch powder
  • 1 tspGram masala
  • 1 tspOil
  • your taste accordingNamak
  • 1-2 tspHara dhaniya barik katta hua
  • 1 tspMakhan
  • 3-4Tomato
  • 1 inchAdrak ka tukda
  • 2hari mirch
  • Tomato,adrak,hari mirch ko mixure me grind kar ke paste bana le

Steps

  1. 1

    Sab se pehle udad ki daal or rajma ko 2-3 hour pani me bhigo de. Ab 2-3 hour bhigne ke baad unhe ubaal le.

  2. 2

    1 kadhai me Oil gram karein jab Oil gram ho jaye usme jeera, hing dal kar halka sa bhun le Uske baad haldi powder, dhaniya powder, gram masala add karein.

  3. 3

    Uske baad grander kiya hue tomato ka paste kadhai me add karein, sath me namak or Lal mirch powder add karein.

  4. 4

    Masala bhunne me 10 mint lage ge. Jab masala bhun jaye.

  5. 5

    Usme boil kiye hue rajma, udad ki daal add karein. Or ek ubaal ane de Uske baad gass off kar de.

  6. 6

    Fr daal me hara dhaniya, Makhan dal ke ache se mix karein.

  7. 7

    Apki daal Makhani Ready hai fr serve karein. Thnku.
