  • 2chopped onions
  • 2chopped tomatoes
  • 4_5 garlic
  • 1/2 tbspred chilli
  • to tasteSalt
  • 1/2cumin seed
  • 1 pinchheeng

Steps

  1. 1

    Add ghee on cooker and chopped onions garlic.

  2. 2

    Saute and add chopped tomatoes.add all spices.

  3. 3

    Add chana daal and palak.take a vissel..

  4. 4

    Add ghee and add cumin seeds and red chilli.tadka is ready

  5. 5

    Daal palak is ready.
