2tomatoes
1onion
to tastesalt
1 tbspcooking oil
bunchsukuma wiki(kales)
1 tbspcooking oil
bunchsukuma wiki(kales)

Chop the onion and tomatoes and clean and slice the sukuma wiki.

Heat oil in a pan and add fry the onions. Add the tomatoes and stir.

Add the sukumawiki and stir some more. Add salt and a little water and cook on low heat

Pour over the fish and serve.
