Ingredients

2 servings
  1. 1 bunchfresh methi(cleaned and chopped)
  2. 1 cupbesan
  3. 1/2 cuproasted and coarsely crushed peanuts
  4. 1 tspred chilli powder
  5. 1 tspGaram masala
  6. 1 tbspdhania jeera powder
  7. 1 tbspgarlic onion powder
  8. to tasteSalt
  9. Oil for frying

Steps

  1. 1

    In a pan heat 1 tbsp oil

  2. 2

    Add all the spices and immediately add the peanuts

  3. 3

    Cook for a minute

  4. 4

    Add the besan mix well now add the Methi leaves

  5. 5

    Mix well and add water as required

  6. 6

    Cook till you get a proper mixture which leaves the sides of the pan

  7. 7

    Grease a plate or a mould

  8. 8

    Transfer the mixture into the plate or mould

  9. 9

    Rest it for 15 minutes

  10. 10

    Cut as you desire

  11. 11

    I used 3 different sized round cutters

  12. 12

    Heat oil in a pan and deep fry them till crispy

  13. 13

    Serve with tomato sauce

  14. 14

    Used sesame seeds for garnish(optional)
