In a pan heat 1 tbsp oil

Add all the spices and immediately add the peanuts

Cook for a minute

Add the besan mix well now add the Methi leaves

Mix well and add water as required

Cook till you get a proper mixture which leaves the sides of the pan

Grease a plate or a mould

Transfer the mixture into the plate or mould

Rest it for 15 minutes

Cut as you desire

I used 3 different sized round cutters

Heat oil in a pan and deep fry them till crispy

Serve with tomato sauce

Used sesame seeds for garnish(optional)
