Soak rice and urad dal fir 4 hrs and then grind it and then keeo it aside for 4 hrs

And then add salt and heaten a pan and spread the batter

And apply tomatoes chillies and capsicum

Cook it till it becomes golden brown colour

Serve....it with chutney
