Ingredients

36 servings
  • 2 cupflour
  • 1 cupbrown sugar (packed)
  • 1/2 cupsugar
  • 1/2 tspsalt
  • 1/2 tspbaking soda
  • 1 tbspvanilla
  • 3/4 cupunsalted butter (softened)
  • 1egg
  • 1egg yoke
  • 1 1/2 cupchocolate chip
  • 1handful chopped nuts

Steps

  1. 1

    Preheat oven to 375°

  2. 2

    Sift dry ingredients, set aside

  3. 3

    CREAM - sugars (brown and white) and butter, add egg and vanilla, CREAM

  4. 4

    Stir in dry ingredients

  5. 5

    Fold in chips/nuts (DO NOT OVER MIX - fold in gently)

  6. 6

    Bake at 375° for 8-9 miuntes

  7. 7

    Cool on rack (if cracked or moist - that's good)
