2 scoopsice cream (your choice)
1 cupsevai
1 tbspghee
1 tspdry fruits

In a pan add ghee,roast the broken sevai on medium flame till golden brown

Now roast the dry fruits on low flame

Just before serving,in a bowl place the scoop of ice cream and top it with the roasted sevai
