Combine rice, water and bouillon and bring to a boil, cover and let simmer for 50 minutes.

Prepare chicken stock if you don't already have some made.

Cook chicken with roasted garlic spice and set aside.

Melt butter,saute onions until tender, blend in flour and gradually add chicken broth.

Stir in cooked rice, chicken, carrots, almonds, and wine.

Blend in cream, cheese and parsley.
