Steps

First boil methi in cooker after 2 whistle turn off gas. Then fry the potato in pan separately

Now take pan add oil and Ginger garlic green chilli paste

When colour change light brown add boil methi on high falme
- 4
After 2 min add tomatoes and masala like red chilli turmeric,salt,ddaniya powder
- 5
Now add fry potato and slow gas for 5 min...and it's ready to eat
