Put onion, garlic and ginger into a blender. And make a smooth paste!

With knife, make shallow cut on the beef or hit the beef with kitchen mallet.

In a plastic bag, add beef and the paste. Let it in a fridge overnight.

Grill as you like! :) from the paste you can make sauce too :D Add salt and pepper and make your own taste :)
