Rinse off the steaks, Preheat the oven to 350'.

lightly season your meat

Chop rings out of your onion

lightly coat the bottom of the deep dish pan with water.

place your seasoned steaks in the dish, placing the onions on top of the steak, and cover with aluminum foil and place in the oven!

in the meanwhile start boiling your water for your rice, while we wait.....let's begin our gravy!

sprinkle a teaspoon of flour in a skillet, and allow the fire to brown your flour, adding water and stiring to thickness, add more flour and stir, then water and stir, until you get the desired amount. Add seasoning (seasoned salt, onion powder, garlic salt, black pepper) season to taste!

boil some additional water, and place your broccoli into the boiling water for about 5-10 min and remove it from the water!

Drain you tender cooked rice on your plate. Remove the steak from the oven after 40 min of baking (you'll smell it when its ready). place one steak on top of the rice, and pour gravy on top the entire steak.... be sure to put your steamed broccoli on the side.
