Steps
- 1
heat oven to 350-400
- 2
mix milk, flour, and sugar together. batter will be thin.
- 3
put butter in oven dish ( I use a 1-2 quart pyrex) and put in oven to melt butter
- 4
pour batter in baking dish. do not stir
- 5
open can of peaches or other fruit. or fresh fruit. spoon over batter. DO NOT STIR.
- 6
put in oven and bake until top is brown. you can't judge if its done like cakes. it will be juicy.
- 7
NOTE: this can be doubled and tripled. I've used this in restraunts I've worked at and its a crowd pleaser cause it smells great. it shouldn't get over about 2 inches thick uncooked or it won't cook properly
