In a large pot bring potatoes n carrotts to a boil,add all the frozen fish,cook aboyt 15minutes or so on medium heat,than add clams with the juice,add pepper,then turn heat down to low add 1cup or more of real cream I use wipping cream or coffee cream,u can use milk if u like,sprinkle cyanne pepper on top summer about20min or half hr,n enjoy
