Ingredients

  • 250 gmpaneer
  • 200 gmbesan
  • Halfspoon Salt
  • Refined oil
  • 1/4 spoonRed chilli powder
  • 2 cupWater

Steps

  1. 1

    Make a paste of besan with water add salt and chilli. Cut paneer in cubes dip it in besan better.

  2. 2

    Heat oil in kadahi. Deep fry besan dipped paneer cubes. Serve with onion amchur chatani /green coriander chatani.
