  • 1 cupbengalgram
  • Halfcup green gram spilt
  • 2 cupsMilled rice
  • 1 tspRed chilli powder
  • Coriander leaves finely chopped
  • 1 tspMethi seeds
  • to tasteSalt

Steps

  1. 1

    Soak all the dal for about 6hrs

  2. 2

    Grind in mixer

  3. 3

    To the batter add salt, red chilli powder, coriander leaves

  4. 4

    Spread it on non-stick tava

  5. 5

    Serve hot dosa with tomato chutney
