Steps

The dough: Mix the flour and the salt and make a hole in the middle.

Pour the eggs in the middle and start kneading constantly while adding the warm water till you get soft and flexible dough.

Cover the dough with a kitchen towel and put aside.

The filling: Mix all the ingredients well.

Flatten the Dough thin and make small circles.

Put a tsp of the filling in the middle of every circle and close well.

Boil a pan with hot water and salt.

Cook the "vareniki" till they soft. ( they will be on top of the water on the pan in this stage)

Drain the water.

Mix the "vareniki" with butter if you like and serve with sour cream.
