Steps

Boil peas and add some little salt to boil for 15 minutes, Heat source pan and add oil into it, wait for 2 minutes add onions

Add, garlic and stir well, cool until onion are golden brown

Add carrots, courgette and tomatoes, stir well

Add peas and wait for 3 minutes and stir again

Correct the seasoning and the sauce

Ready to serve with chapati.
