Ingredients

4 servings
  1. 3tomatoes grinded
  2. 1 pinchhaldi
  3. 1 tspreadymade Rasam powder
  4. 1 tbspjaggery(gur)
  5. 1tomato puree
  6. 1 tspginger and green chilli paste
  7. Coriander leaves finely chopped
  8. 1 tspbutter
  9. 1 tsplemon juice or to taste
  10. 1 tspdesi ghee
  11. to tasteSalt acd
  12. 1 tspcrushed black pepper
  13. 1 tspoil
  14. A fewcurry leaves
  15. 1 tspmustard seeds (rai)
  16. 1/2 tsp zeera
  17. 1 pinchhing
  18. 3 cupwater

Steps

  1. 1

    Tomato water all ingredients achhe se mix karein or high flame p 1 ubal aane de.

  2. 2

    Cook for 10 min in low flame.

  3. 3

    Tadke ke lie pan mein ghee oil garam karein.Rai zeera hing ko tadkaye or black pepper mix kar Rasam mein add karein.

  4. 4

    Mix lemon juice and garnish with butter and coriander leaves.

  5. 5

    Serve hot.Thanks to all
