Steps

Make a paste of urad daal and rice. Mix it together. Let it ferment for 4 to 5 hours.

Add chopped and boiled vegies to the better. Add salt, black pepper, water as per constitancy. Mix it well.

Heat a tava or dosa pan. Spread your better of veggies on it. Put oil or butter on the sides if needed. Cover it for a minute. Check weather it is cooked or not. Cook on both the sides.

Serve with your own choice chatny,sambhar,rasam.
