Pehle chicken ko clean karke usme half ginger garlic paste, curd,1/2 tbsp salt and lemon Dal ke marinate karna hai 1/2 hr ke liye

Then marinated chicken ko ek garam pan me directly add kar dena hai. Usme thoda chilli powder dalna hai.

High flame pe chicken ka pani dry hone tak cook karna hai

Iske baad ek dusre pan garam kar ke oil add karna hai. Oil garam hone ke baad usme onion aur cashew light golden hone tak fry karna hai

Then fried onion, cashew ko grind karke uska paste Banana hai

Then same pan me thoda oil dalke usme ginger garlic paste ko 2 min saute karna hai.

Then tomato puree add karke achhe se mix karein. Sath me coriander powder and chilli powder add karna hai. Achhe mix karna hai

2 min cook karne ke baad usme chaat Masala, garam Masala, salt and milk add karke mix kar dijiye

Oil surface pe ane tak cook kijiye

Then cream and onion cashew paste add karna hai. Isko 3-4 mins tak high flame me fry karna hai

Then chicken add karke 3-4 mins tak cook karna hai

Then kasuri methi ko add karna hai

Then 1cup pani dalke high flame par first boiled ane tak cook karein

Then low flame karke 10-15 min tak cook karna jaise chicken pakk jae

Then chicken pakk ne baad dish out kardein
