preheat oven 350

mix together egg and 2 tsp of mustard in a separate bowl, mix flour,sage,and rosemary

dredge turkey first in egg mixture,then in flour mixture to coat evenly, drizzle with olive oil

bake 10 to 15min or until turkey is cooked

combine sour cream and remaining 2tsp mustard. drizzle sour cream mixture over the cooked turkey to serve
