1Red onion sliced in rings
1Egg plant sliced lengthwise
1Red pepper sliced
1 canArtichoke hearts quartered
1Ceaser salad dressing
1Sliced artesian bread of choice
1Olive oil
1Dried basil and oregano flakes
1Fresh whole basil leaves

Grill all vegetables on a cast iron grill pan

Brush bread slices with olive oil and sprinkle with dried herbs

Place grilled veggies on bread and drizzle with ceaser dressing

Cook in panini press or cast iron griddle
