Beat eggs.

Blend all ingreds smooth and runny. Be certain to mixand blend cornstarch thoroughly to avoid lumps. Heat oil and iron to 365°F.

Dip iron intobatter (becareful not tocoattop of iron) , and dip into oil. Cook until golden brown, turning once, remove and drain thoroughly on absorbnt paper.

Approx. 200 pretzels per batch.

Optional: dust with sifted powdered sugar.
