  1. 4x 50 g ginger powder
  2. 2.5 kgbrown sugar
  3. 1 cupraisins
  4. 2x sachets of tartaric acid
  5. 20 Lboiling water

  1. 1

    Mix sugar and ginger in a bowl. And put the mixture in 20 L container that can withstand heat. Add 20 L boiling water. Add the raisins and tartaric acid. Close it tight for 3 days and it will be ready and serve it cold.
