  1. 4ripe plantain
  2. Salt
  3. 1/4 kgugba
  4. 3Fresh pepper
  5. leavesUtazi
  6. 1cksp Palmoil
  7. 1medium sized Onion

Steps

  1. 1

    Cut the plantain and boil with salt for 10minutes.

  2. 2

    Wash and slice onion,fresh pepper and utazi leaves.

  3. 3

    Heat up the palmoil for 1minute,pour in onion and fresh pepper fry for 1minute and be stirring it.

  4. 4

    Add salt and pour in the ugba.stir and pour in the utazi leaves.
