Ingredients

  • 2 bowlVegetables
  • 1/2 bowlcabbage finely chopped
  • 1/2 bowlcarrot
  • 1 bowlany vegetables
  • 3 tbspcorn flour
  • 1bread slice optional
  • 1 tbspsoy sauce
  • 1 tbspshezwan sauce
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Oil for frying

Steps

  1. 1

    First take all vegetables in one bowl and add pepper and salt in it and keep it cover for 1 hour.

  2. 2

    Now remove all water from vegetables. Add corn flour, soy sauce, crushed bread, shezwan sauce and pinch of more salt and make small balls of it

  3. 3

    Now heat oil and fry this ball on medium heat. Match it with any chinese gravy or sauce
