Ingredients

30 minutes
2 servings
  • 1 cupSpinach
  • 1 Tomatoes (small)
  • 1Green chilli
  • 1 tspSalt
  • 1 teaspoonOil (white oil)
  • 2 tspUrad Dal
  • 1 tspMustard seeds
  • 1Red chilli
  • 2Garlic pieces

Steps

30 minutes
  1. 1

    Take a kodai add spinach,tomatoes garlic green chilli and salt,garlic,and cover it for boiling.then remove it, and keep it for normal temperature.

  2. 2

    After that grinded it,if necessary add little bit water.

  3. 3

    Take a kodai add oil mustard seeds,urad Dal, red chilli stir it

  4. 4

    When urad Dal let get brown, remove it.

    Now spread it on the spinach mixture.

    And now it's time to serve it with dosa or idli,thank you.
