Ingredients

4 servings

4corn on the cob steamed until done (or cooked in the coals)
4 TbspMayonnaise
4 Tbspgrated Parmesan
1 Tbsplemon juice
1 tspsmoked paprika
to tastesalt and pepper

Steps

Steam or braai corn over coals until done.

Mix remaining ingredients together

Brush corn with mixture generously.

Wrap brushed corn in foil and place on braai to heat through.

Garnish with some chopped coriander Serve and enjoy
