preheat oven @ 375°

cook off pasta for about 15 mins or until done, drain then place in ice bath

cook off ground meat with favorite seasons then drain and place in bowl. Add cottage cheese and tomato sauce to meat stiring together

saute bell peppers, garlic and onions

in a 13 x 9 pan spread out one layer of meat mixture pressing flat in pan

next spread out layer of bell pepper and onion mix
- 7
next will be a layer of spinach and mushrooms

next will be layer of cheese mix finishing off with a layer of pasta.

repeat steps until pan is almost full to top
- 10
finish off top with cheese mix and bake for 35 -40 mins or till cheese melts
