Make dough of maida adding salt to taste in it. Keep it a side.Boil noodles and keep a side. Now in a pan take little oil add grated cabbage, grated carrots add boiled noodles off the gas and add grated paneer and soya sauce and sezawn sauce and salt to taste. Let the stuffing cool. Now frm dough make small puries, take one puri put stuffing in middle put another Pur on it press lightly now fold both the puries, press and fold method like ghughra and fry. Serve with tomato sauce and chutney
