550 mlMilk (blood temperature)
1Egg Yolk
175 gramsPlain Flour
150 gramsCorn Flour
8 mlMalt Vinegar
1 dashSalt & Pepper

Dissolve yeast in a little warm milk

Mix all other ingredients in a large bowl to form a batter

Add in yeast mixture

Season with salt and pepper

Leave at room temperature for a few hours

Cut fish fillet into desired size

Lightly dust with plain flour
8

Dip fish pieces into batter
9

Preheat oil to about 180°C
10

Slowly put coated fish into oil
11

Deep fry for about 5 mins until golden brown
