In a hobert mixer. Mix yolks with 3 1/2 cups of sugar.

Fold marscapone into egg and sugar mixture.

Mix heavy cream, 2 cups of sugar and 1/2 cup of rum. Whip until stiff peaks.

Fold whipped cream into mixture.

Soak lady fingers in expresso. Lay in pan. Sprinkle coco over soaked fingers. Layer mixture over fingers. Repeat process.
