  1. 6 tbspolive oil
  2. 1 tspcrushed red pepper flakes
  3. 2 tspsalt
  4. 2 tspsugar
  5. 2 cupchicken broth
  6. 2 tbsptomato paste
  7. 2 can28 oz crushed tomatoes
  8. 1 cupfinely chopped onion
  9. 6 clovegarlic crushed
  10. 3 can680 ml Hunts tomato sauce

    in pot heat oil over medium-low heat. add onion and garlic, stirring occasionally, about 10 minutes

  2. 2

    stir in tomato puree, crushed tomatoes and tomato paste then 2 1/3 cups water, broth and sugar bring to simmer. stir in salt and pepper flakes. cover, simmer 1 hour
